Path Training Method

Train with coaches who have done it all before. We’ve spent years coaching, running, gaining extra certifications and have made all the mistakes in our own training to better help steer you towards healthy and success pursuit of your goals.

We train through feeling and becoming better attuned to our bodies. This requires practice and a desire to become a more connected mover and feeler. Our training looks beyond just crushing races towards creating a sustainable running practice that we can use for years to come.

Meet Your Head Coach
Hi, my name is Austen. I’m the head coach at Path. I started running in my twenties as an outlet for personal growth. What started as an experiment slowly became a platform for physical and mental expansion. 10k’s, marathons, ultra-marathons and multi-day running projects have continued to provide a space that allows me to reach towards the edge of performance. Through this process i’ve iterated, made mistakes, dealt with injuries and tested training methodologies. This prompted a further interest in learning more, along the way i’ve picked up multiple running certifications, strength and conditioning certifications, meditation and breathwork instructor trainings - all to facilitate a deeper understanding of training the physical and mental side of running.
I started Path as a way to share what i've learned with people who may be looking for something different. Over the course of a decade, i’ve built and tweaked a training methodology that I believe gets you attuned with your body, more connected with your mind and ultimately a more enjoyable and explorative training experience.
Through our training together, we will find what works for our unique goals and personality, build a strong connection between body and mind, and most importantly, come to truly enjoy movement.
A path coaching subscription includes 1:1 run coaching, weekly training plans and the ability to check in with your coach over text whenever you please.
Included is the use of our proprietary app filled with a library of 1000’s of guided running and meditation sessions. Here you can track your training with our calendar, track your run in the app and stay in touch with your coach throughout the process.
